Description

Segundo Borba de Moraes, o impressor do panfleto foi cortado nas poucas cópias que viu. No panfleto, o autor faz nebulosas observações a favor da Independência do Brasil, posicionando-se contra qualquer tentativa por parte de Portugal a recuperar sua colônia. O autor acredita que seria mais sensato fazer um tratado de comércio entre os dois países.
